Pretty good workout tonight! Not sure I've ever done a workout on a Sunday night but this wasn't a great idea until today with the cold I was fighting this week. The 200s felt great and the tempo miles were really good too. Saggy is a great spot for these but I would like to do some on the rail trail at some point to get on a better xc surface. Regardless, really good workout tonight. Wasn't gassed at the end and legs felt goooood.
Also: this brings me back to some high school workouts with Coach Murray. I think we usually did a 20 minute tempo followed by 4x200m or something like that. I don't actually remember the workouts themselves that well but I think I remember liking them a lot and missing them when we weren't doing them.
