20min easy, 3 minute tempo, minute easy, 8 x 70s at mile effort w/2min easy, cooldown to 65 minutes. Planned to run on the track but decided to mix it up and run on the road since I am racing on roads this weekend. Felt like I got some good hard reps in and will be pretty sore in a day or two, but I'm pretty happy with how this went.
