Notes

Decided to do this on the treadmill rather than run in the rain. Started out feeling pretty good, but around 3 miles started to fatigue and the last 5 or 6 minutes were real tough, as if I hadn't eaten enough or something. I planned for 5 miles and ended up going for 30 minutes (minus the 30s of slow ramp up to speed) but only because after about 28 minutes I wasn't feeling any worse than I had been. Not sure why the end was so tough, but felt fine on the cooldown and lift afterward.
