2x (5x20s w/60s) w/ 3min, reps at 400m/95% effort

Did some hills reps a la Kurt today to ease back into workouts after the half and get the speed going before some track races in June. These were tough and definitely challenging but felt better after the first 3 or 4. Second set was definitely harder but similar pace, maybe a hair slower, and I felt a lot smoother running them. Recovery was a slow jog back down.
