Easy run after an 11 hour work day, yikes. Didn't leave untill after 6 so I kept the run short before meeting up with Tobin for dinner. Would have enjoyed a longer, slower run but oh well. Might run an easy double one day this weekend to make up some mileage, or might not. Did a couple of strides, which felt good.
