Pretty sweet tempo today. Ran with Austin and traded miles until I hopped out at 25 minutes and he continued for another 5. We were shooting for 5:35 but started in 5:27 and then never slowed down all the way to 5:35. This was pretty smooth, it's amazing how running with someone else makes things like this feel so much easier.
