Notes

Starting from the Greendale YMCA because I was going to lift afterward anyway, I did long lake with about 10 minutes on the track in the middle. Kept the pace really easy because I was tired and almost didn't want to run. Planned on 45-55 minutes but enjoyed the slower running. Ankle is a little sore and not quite feeling normal but not bad.
