Notes
Almost didn't run after tonight's meet against Westborough but I was going to feel bad about it and probably would have been a bit antsy going to bed anyway. Planned on at least 30min, then 45, then 50 and felt good the whole time. I didn't do almost anything to warm up so I could have used that to feel a bit better out the gate and to loosen up my ankle, but otherwise nothing bugged me. Listened to some Coffee Club and Letsrun.
The team did really well tonight although we weren't really opposed in the 2mile or mile. I think Westborough must have figured they could sweet the 400m and pick up the win or at least some points in the 800, but we went 1-3 (Bodhi and Giuseppe) in the 800 and picked up 3rd in the 400 (Sam). Lots of solid double today out of the milers and 2milers, particularly Giuseppe who got 3rd in both and Francesco who got 2nd in the 2 mile and came back in about 5:05. Noah seems to have his mojo back with a mile win and okay 800, we just need him in some competitive races and with a couple hard workouts before the end of the season I think he can get well under 4:40. Owen was a little off today but I think there was a big pace change in the middle of the mile that didn't suit him.
