Easy tempo pace, around 6:00. Didn't end up doing this on trails because I did it right before Eric's class in West Boylston. Started with 5 minutes of mostly flat running but then gained back all and more of the elevation I lost during the warmup, which hurt a little. First mile was decent, 2nd was tough, 3rd got better. I felt slowish and probably should have done this workout last night in the rain, but oh well. Heart rate was where I wanted it and it was some good aerobic work.
The shoes didn't feel great today, not sure why.
