Met up with Logan at 10 for his recovery run post-10k. Good to catch up but I felt pretty junky. I think it was part humidity, part Wachusett hike yesterday, part workout Friday maybe? Regardless my right foot was not feeling right and my left achilles was sore so I need to take better care of my body than I have the last few days.
