Notes
Strides, continuous tempo of 4 mi, then 4x200m. I was a little nervous about this workout for some reason but I convinced myself it would be no big deal, and what do you know it was no big deal. I was surprised how easy this was actually, but achilles didn't feel great at the end so I will probably need to do something about that.
