Easy run with Lucas, Mark, Remi and Avery. Originally made plans with Lucas but then Mark jumped on and brought along the other guys. Ran a bit faster than I would have liked after yesterday's workout and in anticipation of tomorrow's, but I'm sure it won't make a difference.
