Notes
Ran from the lodge (Yavapai West) to the canyon, then back to Liz and Mom because I had to see Liz's reaction to seeing the canyon for the first time, then along the canyon past the Bright Angel trailhead where we'll hike tomorrow. I felt pretty great on this run just taking it easy until about 65 minutes in and then I got really tired, but that's bound to happen when running at 7,000 feet un-acclimated.
This was a great mental health run after the snafu earlier when Mom locked Stephen's keys in his car right after I told her that might happen.
