8x3min on / 1min off. Heart rate around 170, often just over, by the end of each rep and returning to mid 150's during each recovery interval. I was hanging around 110 steps per minute on the machine which was level 15. Absolutely pouring sweat after a couple reps, but this was very sustainable and I could have done more if push came to shove. Feel like I really nailed the intent of the workout here which felt great.
