Christmas fartlek! This was pretty fun. Spent 15 minutes warming up getting to the bottom of the hill up to Waterbury and then started doing 30s on/ 90s off for the next 30 minutes. Ran past Guptil for 3 reps and then came back, then ran past Kneeland for one rep before going to George and Pat's. Eased into the reps, but the hills made them all a little different. I probably started around 5:30 effort and worked down to 5 flat-ish. Good way to turn the legs over and get a little mileage in. Not sure the last time I did a workout on Christmas but this was a good way to do it.
