Notes

Felt a little tired after work, practice, and lifting but really wanted to get this in. Felt very good up to about 10min and then felt my IT band just barely so backed off from 2.5% to 3.5% for a minute. Did the same thing a few minutes later for maybe a minute. Felt good running a little faster, about half this run was at 7:30 pace. Dropped down to 7:10 for the last 2 minutes or so. I'd really love to be able to run longer and outside, but this is progress.
