Notes

Did 3 mi, 3x(3x300m) w/ 80s btw reps and 3min btw sets. First two sets were very easy, last 100m of each started to feel it in 3rd set. This pace is not quite easy right now. Good workout though. Ran 49 high for most, shooting for 50
