Ran over most of the XC course after the district race today. Started with Sean, Josh, Dennis and Pitney who were cooling down and then Dan and I did the rest mostly error free. This felt decent on my ankle but mostly the feeling of relief, excitement and satisfaction for the boys qualifying and finishing 3rd is what dominated this run. So happy for them.
