Notes
Ankle is feeling pretty decent but in the interest of being cautious and a busy weekend with family and Papi's funeral I'm going to take today, tomorrow and Sunday off of running and probably all exercise. I should be able to fit in an easy run Monday as long as everything is feeling good.
