Notes
This was a bit of a tough one. It was mostly the heat, but my left achilles also was a bit sore. Not really bad, just noticeable by the end, mostly on the downhills.
Ran from Dad's to Dean, did a lap, and went back to pick him up. Then we went up Neptune to 140 and did the center loop counter clockwise. Took advantage of a well placed portajohn at the India Center. Didn't push any hills so there were some slow miles in here, but 940 feet of climbing is pretty solid.
