Tried to find some flat-ish trails for Coach M's workout but didn't get to where I thought I would, so when I saw the steep trails I improvised by back-tracking to the roads and did 8x60s steep hills, with about 90s jog back, then aborted mission on the steep hills and did 5 more 60s hills on a gentler incline. Honestly felt pretty bad on the steep hills, not sure if that was because of travel fatigue or just me being bad at hills these days. Gotta work on that. Glad I did something today, and glad it was more than an easy run.
