Great run with Sam today. Weather was perfect, sunny but with a breeze that was just barely cool. Felt really good running easy today, it would have been a great day for a long run. Forewent the strides because Sam and I stood around talking for 15 minutes or so and I was a bit stiff when I got moving again. B E A U tiful day to run, wowza
