Notes
Really fun one with Teddy, Lucas and Kyle. I didn't think we'd run quite this far but we kept going while looking for a portapotty and never found one. We started out around 7:50/mile and picked it up a little, and then jogged in the last 0.7 after the little hill. Got a little hot toward the end but otherwise felt good. Just a great time hanging out with these guys.
Also saw Erika Kemp (former BAA, current Brooks pro).
