Easy and strides at the rail trail with SHS. Didn’t feel great, probably needed to loosen up the hamstrings and do some hip activation this morning but was trying to get to practice 5 minutes early. Felt a little better after turning around on my own and getting to my normal pace. Strides felt really slow at first but the last 2 (of 7) were faster and felt a lot better.
