Notes

Ran with the SHS guys, which included 12x300m with 100m jog. I did those with Scotty Foley at about 6:20 pace, which felt very easy. I then went into the weight room with them, did the lift mostly on my own at the end of their session, then ran 3 more miles on the treadmill on my own. Friday afternoon well spent.
