Tried to hang on in Adam and Chris' last tough workout and it went pretty well. We did a couple 200s to warm up, then a 500 at 5K pace to find the right pace, then 2 Ks at the same pace with 2min recovery. Then we did 3x500 with the goal of running 2-mile pace and I was able to hold on for just 1 and then fell back a bit. They did a really good job and I genuinely think they can run in the 16:20s this weekend, which I would love to see. It's a real pleasure seeing these guys do their thing and even though I've looked forward to the end of this season for other reasons, I'm a little sad it's ending this week. Good thing there are a couple track seasons coming up.
