Kept it really easy today to play it safe. Stomach wasn't great all day but felt mostly normal as of about 3 this afternoon.Goal was for no mile to be faster than 7:20 today but mile 3 was 7:01. Went up Bancroft again because I feel like so many of my runs are super flat. Ended with 5x30s hills by the apartment, with half walk and half jog back to start.
