Notes
This run started feeling great and then really deteriorated. Not sure what did it, maybe hydration again? I did start on the quicker side running 6:50s but that isn't all that fast. I was planning to do 80-85 minutes but called it early because I was slowing down a fair bit (7:20 pace for mile 9) and felt pretty flat. Not the end of the world but I probably need to prepare for these long runs better.
