Notes

Good workout on the stair machine tonight. 15 minutes easy, 10 x (2min "LT" around 115 steps/min, 1 min recovery at 65 steps per minute). I think these were level 16 and 8 on the stair machine at the Greendale YMCA. I could feel my ankle just a tiny bit during the LT efforts but it felt fine immediately after and all night following so maybe this is some improvement? Heart rate was way up in the 170s according to both my watch and the machine, so this was pretty much what I was looking for.
