Short one before heading into Boston for MH's birthday Red Sox outing with the Hurleys. Felt better than expected and even picked it up a little at the end to make sure I wouldn't make us late for the train into Boston. Didn't run with Lucas but took the long way by his place to get on the Mobil loop.
