600s at ideal conditions date 5k pace, 300s at something faster than that. Working on some slightly uncomfortable paces and gear changes today. Not the workout I had planned for today but I think this was great to touch on. 600s were 1:55 to 1:59, 300s 53-54. Definitely a bit tired going into this, not a great week for sleep.
