15 minute warmup, 8x3 min on 1 min off, 16 minute cooldown
Didn't want to run in 30 degree weather so I moved the workout to the treadmill. This is essentially what I was going to do anyway. Felt warmed up after the first couple reps, and the last couple took a bit of focus but even those felt pretty smooth. First three reps at 5:30, next two at 5:27, last 3 at 5:24.
