10x300m with 300m jog. Ideally this would have been 54s, but: I didn't bring my headlamp, the track was bumpy and peeling up in some spots, and I couldn't really tell where the 100m start or first exchange zone were, so I'm not sure that many of my reps were actually 300m. I might have been running a bit slow also, because most of my reps were about 58s. Not too worried about it and I think I needed an easier day anyway, so it's alright. I was a bit tired for this, but I was also super hungry and fairly bored at work most of the day, which I don't think helped me out. Not that bad a day, but just not very good one.
