Notes
Ran an easy 5 on my own and then did an easy 3 with Tobin. Averaged just over 7 on my own and then 8:40 or so with Tobin. I can't help but think he is in better shape than that but it seems like he's just keeping things relaxed right now. Got soaked in the rain before Tobin got there, but overall it was a good run and I was able to fit in more than I planned for the day which was cool.
