Super nice day to be out! Mostly sunny and almost 60. Did an unplanned progression from 7:00 to about 6:20 and then jogged in the last ten minutes which felt good. Knee felt a little IT-band-y when I started jogging after finishing the 9th mile, hopefully it's fine tomorrow. It felt fine the rest of the run at least, just weird starting up.
