Felt pretty good but started too fast, close to 6:40, and forced myself to settle in a bit slower. Decided to do a pseudo-workout and tempo the last couple miles, which I thought was a good compromise especially because it would have me running on tired legs. Those were 5:57 and 5:49, which felt pretty easy. Might do some faster tempo-pace work later this week depending what running in Toronto looks like.
