Trying to get back to recapping each week because I think this is helpful to look back on.

Retrospectively felt like junk basically every day except Sunday. I think I just need more in my legs before I commit to intervals twice per week plus a long run plus lifting. Feeling a bit drained and I think it's detracting from everything.

As of Saturday feeling like I should just scrap the Daniels training this winter and hold out for 5K in the spring, especially because I'll be away for USATFNE so I'll only race once MAYBE twice. Maybe I'll just do one day of tempo work, one day of hills, and a long run for the next few weeks and get strong for some spring training. I feel like that would set me up really well.
