Wanted to do some tempo/LT work and this ended up going pretty well. I considered a straight tempo but this seemed like a good way to get a fair bit done without having to grind it out. After the 2mile I decided I would feel out the second rep and do either another 2 mile or individual miles. Ended up doing 2mile, 2min, 2xmile with 90s, 2x.50 with 60s, then ran for about 5 minutes to get to the track and did 6x100m. The first couple strides felt pretty bad but actually helped get my legs moving again and made the rest of the cooldown feel a lot better. Probably my best workout since last fall.
