Pre-meet with a couple SHS groups. The varsity guys were bouncing off the walls, which was a little much for me today but a good indicator that they have lots of energy for training and racing right now. Legs didn't feel great at first but were fine after a mile or so. Chatted with Travis and some others about reach the beach and how eating ice cream and protein shakes will help you put on muscle.
