Some easy running with Jad around Roxbury before the Holiday Challenge got going. Didn't use GPS so the distance on my watch is probably wrong but whatever, time on feet baby. Felt pretty smooth. Jad was telling me that he hasn't felt great running lately but it has still been going well (5:30 mile at BU), and that Aryan has been running and even doing workouts on his own which is pretty impressive. Maybe he'll come out better for it in the spring. Did some easy strides at the end of the run.
