Notes

Wasn't super into this run as I was starting it or even for the first 6ish miles. Legs were feeling a little beaten up after the 2k yesterday. Since I was feeling pretty antsy as I was approaching halfway I decided I would let myself pick it up on the way back. That definitely felt good and I surprised myself running 6:36, 6:29, 6:28, 6:15, 6:29, and another halfish mile before cooling down for the final 10 minutes. Sometimes I feel like I'm missing out by running pretty slow all the time so this was very reassuring.
