Easy 40 plus 8 strides. Took a while to find a rhythm in the run I think because I added weight to my pre-run PT in an attempt to not have intermittent ankle/achilles pain for the rest of my running life. It seems to be working but it definitely makes my stride feel a little different for now. Strides were surprisingly comfortable. I kept them to 15ish seconds and “a light, fast run” feeling per Dr. Jack’s instructions.
