Notes

Short run at 2.5% incline. Felt good, very minor discomfort on the IT band but less than when I ran at CMPT last week. This felt very flat compared to the treadmill running I've been doing. It would be nice to run more but I don't want to do too much too soon.

Did some RPR before TJ's normal warmups. Felt good for everything despite some soreness beforehand. I think running "flat" is tougher on my hamstrings than running uphill and I've felt both hamstrings after my last couple runs.
