4 sets of 200/200/400 because all 200s seemed too easy and all 300s felt like I was dodging 400s. Maybe next week I'll do all 200s though and incorporate some hills. The 200s felt how I expected, the 400s were a little harder to hit than I expected but I think I just wasn't quite finding the groove, because my first two were slow and my second two were fast. Solid workout though, definitely not impressive but I'm happy with how it went and how the body felt. Some very minor tightness in left groin/adductor.

According to RunningAhead I average 4:49 pace for this, which is pretty much exactly what I wanted. Feels like I could dip under 4:40 in January.
