Notes

Hard interval workout. Did 5x (2x200m @ 31.5 w/ 200m, 800m @2:20 w/ 800m). Had lots of rest between sets but possibly the hardest workout I have ever done. Very glad to hit all the splits (except first 800, 3s slow because we had to figure out the pacing). Had a nice gear to dig into in the last 2 sets. Not all that sore the next day but I didn't run (Coach gave us the day off). Confidence booster.
