Notes

Hills with the team. Tried to keep Anshuman, Cam and Matt pushing a bit. Ran a couple reps with John as well. They were doing repeats of about 900m in 3:15-3:20 , I added on to hit 4 minutes each time except for the first. Lots of recovery but it seemed like they were really working these. Pushed the guys to accelerate, or at least increase effort, on the flat at the end. Decent workout for me too averaging around or under 6:00 pace for 4 minutes each rep, but felt like too much rest. A bit sore/tired the next day but everything felt good.
