Real nice run with Teddy and Frank. We ran from frank’s place and did some trails that were fun but super slow, otherwise this run would have averaged 7:20-7:30. Super fun, talked a bunch about running because they got me going, picked it up the last few feet. I could do runs like this every day and be happy.
