10 minute warmup, 20 minute tempo, 10 minute cooldown. Felt okay, not super smooth but this is my first longer workout in a little while. The last 3 minutes or so I gradually brought the pace from 6:00 where I was the rest of the tempo to 5:35, which felt good. Quads cramped up just before this as I was walking down the stairs to the locker room, which might be because I was doing squats/get-ups before running.
