Notes
Met up with Tobin after work to run here and it was so nice. Fairly hot day but the trails were super comfortable and just so soft to run on. Tobin had 6x45s at mile pace today but I think we only did 5. I don't know that all of mine were true mile pace but I was just doing these to keep him company. I would have run more but Tobin wanted to walk in the last mile and a half, I convinced him to jog after a bit because we were going to take a while to get out of the woods otherwise. Sat around after stretching, rolling, chatting in classic Tobin and Dan fashion.
