Late run with Liz on the bike. I had to replace the inner tube on my back tire, which involved me calling a bike shop to get advice, but got nothing too useful, then called some other places, then went to the first place to buy an inner tube and tire levers, then came home and changed the tire. It started to rain as we finished changing the tire, which made Liz think twice about coming along but then she decided to regardless, but it stopped raining anyway. We drove to the rail trail, took the shelf off the back of my bike and then finally got going. It was super nice and we had the trail to ourselves, not seeing anyone else the whole time. My ankle and calf were a little stiff initially but it warmed up really well. Overall I just felt super smooth. The last couple miles it got pretty dark and it was surprisingly difficult to see the trail, so I slowed down from 7ish minute miles to 7:30s. Honestly if running felt like this every day I'd be pumped.
